Oil Separator for Refrigeration Compressor Condensing System

How it works:

Refrigerant gas containing oil aerosol from the compressor enters the oil separator.

The refrigerant gas is intercepted as it passes through the inlet metal screen and intermediate baffle.

The gas velocity decreases, and fine oil particles collide with each other, forming heavier oil.

This material is discharged from the inner wall of the oil separator housing. The gas then exits through the outlet screen.

Fine separation occurs here. The separated oil drips onto a float at the bottom of the oil-water separator. The operating valve will then reset and adjust back to the crankcase or waste tank.

Operating temperature: -10℃ to +120℃
Maximum operating pressure: 3.5 MPa (35 Bar)
